1. Size and format of the photos
Our photos are in JPG format. One photo has about hat 10,2 mpx and is about 5mb in size.  All the photos you order will be put on CDs and you can enlarge them up to poster size.  
2. Delivery
Because of the large amount of data, images can not be sent by e-mail. Your pictures will be burned on CD from us and sent by post.

Transit time:  delivery within Europe 2-3 weeks.
3. Conditional Sales Contract
The rights to the photos purchased from spot-shot.com remain by the photographer. To protect the copyright, the photos all have visible and invisible watermarks.  The prices on this website are exclusively for the private use of the photos. To use photos commercially please contact roger@spot-shot.com.
4. Photo storage
All the photos we have taken have been stored, even you can`t see them on the website  any more.  If you wish to enquire about photos, simply let us know when you were on holiday and we can select photos from our archives.
5. Protection of data privacy
None of  the personal data you have given me can be accessed by a third party via this website. On request I will remove your pictures from my homepage.
