1. Size and format of the photos
Our photos are in JPG format. One photo has 10,2 mpx and is about 5mb in size.  All images after payment are ready for direct download or burned on CD rom.  
2. Delivery
Order your pics by mail. If you use PayPal including Buyer Protection is it possible to download your pics at the same day from Internet. This service applies to orders up to 30 images. As of 30 images we will ship your CD directly into your home. The shipping fee for each CD is € 4.-

Transit time:  delivery within Europe 2-3 weeks. -
3. Conditional Sales Contract
The rights to the photos purchased from spot-shot.com remain by the photographer. To protect the copyright, the photos all have visible and invisible watermarks.  The prices on this website are exclusively for the private use of the photos. To use photos commercially please contact roger@spot-shot.com.
4. Photo storage
All the photos we have taken have been stored, even you can`t see them on the website  any more.  If you wish to enquire about photos, simply let us know when you were on holiday and we can select photos from our archives.
5. Protection of data privacy
None of  the personal data you have given me can be accessed by a third party via this website.
